This Project presented to Hedera city development council november 2006.  This is a future vision for development of a 30,000 square meter area north of michmoret on the Mediterranean coast of israel. when approaching the design of this health resort, we considered two successful models working in Israel today, the SPA hotels and the Zimmer. we wanted both the relaxing healthy experience and the private sense of low level structure. other considerations for the design included the distance from the beach, the regulating laws regarding construction in these areas.

we managed to allow 200 units within the space of 15,000 sq. Meters behind the 300 meter line.
